Stunning architecture with decent facilities. Good cocktails.

Where to start. From the minute you walk in you are treated as a cash cow - EVERYTHING is so overpriced (for example, they charged us $5 extra for a splash of cold milk in 1 coffee, it's insane!). The restaurant offers mediocre overpriced food (my husband got food poisoning on day 2) but it's miles from Todos Santos and something like $70 round trip so not somewhere you can "pop to" throughout the day. You can only get to the Beach with a guide/on an organised PAID trip, or hiring a car (more expense). The whole resort is poorly managed. We were given one invoice when we left, which we paid, then subsequently (without any communication whatsoever) they unilaterally charged another $800+ on our credit card for "forgotten taxes". Processing this without notice or permission maxed out that travel card, meaning we couldn't pick up our hire car (UK banks were closed and we had to pay security with the same booking card) leaving us stranded at Guadalajara airport, wasting a day of our HONEYMOON under extremely stressful circumstances (the hotel couldn't have cared less). This is a place made for influencers and trendies only. It's an aesthetically pleasing resort, but if you want to enjoy the actual experience (rather than the LOOK of the experience) your money is better spent elsewhere. Our honeymoon was basically ruined by the experience at Todos Santos. Avoid.

Such a stunning property! So tranquil and relaxing. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. And the food is unlike anything you’ve ever had. Every single dish is delicious and special, with the freshest ingredients. I could go on forever about the food. the cocktails are also amazing!

Design and architecture. Room was great, e-bike tour and beach sunset experiences were super nice.

Staff was nice but the service was TERRIBLE, too slow. Too little food options on the menu. Ran out of food, not hospitable. All of our experiences were cancelled and we were not even notified. Staff was not worried to meet our needs or make our stay better. A LOT of room for improvement service wise.
