Heathrow Retail Park Apartment Sleeps SEVEN Turbo WiFi

Very difficult.

The host didn't give us the apartment we had paid for, because a previous guest had overstayed. Host then offered another place which was at a different location and a new invoice to another company that's not booking.com This is a response to the host saying I paid for 2 people. Yes I didn't specify the number of guests but I paid for a house with 7 beds!! I didn't get a house with 7 beds because the house with 7 beds was said to have a guest who had overstayed. So don't try and be clever saying that you accommodated 2 people. If your advert says 7 beds, I should get 7 beds not 1 single, 1 double, a dirty mattress on the wall and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. That is not what you advertised when I paid. I was happy to adjust the number of people because that had been overlooked but where were you going to put the other 4 beds in that tiny apartment? I didn't pay extra because I instead booked elsewhere after realising that you are a scammer after reading reviews from people who you said exactly the same thing to about a guest overstaying in the booked apartment. If I pay for a place that is advertised as having 7 beds, it's not up to you to see how to accommodate me in a different place. You give me what I paid for. If the place was already booked why was it available online for booking? I had absolutely no problem paying for the extra guests but after seeing how shady you are I chose to book elsewhere. The lift to the apartment was filthy and smelling.

Despite having booked and paid in August, the owners cancelled our stay after the check-in time, claiming the accommodation was double booked.

The property was advertised for 7 people with turbo wifi There was one double bed and a single bed with a double mattress placed against the wall with nowhere to place You couldn’t sleep on the couch as it has a hard timber rail through the middle The cleaner left wet linen hanging in a drying rack and hanging on bedroom doors and bag of dirty linen The wifi didn’t work at all making the tv useless as it needed wifi to operate

Good location

Entrance seems to be very filthy and unmaintained. Very poor response from host. Not clear instructions as well.

地理位置还可以，内部也比较新，离机场不远，旁边有超市，就是停车付费比较麻烦，没有那么多硬币，电话功能还不好用，只能付到凌晨12，12点后再重新买到当天晚上12点的停车费

网络不好用，留的网络名字不对，试了所有的网络都连不上，给客服打电话没人接，也没有人回复。 屋子里个人物品太多，客厅里有多余的床垫，床单被罩各种颜色，窗帘长度不一，像个人使用的公寓，而不是出租的公寓！
