Appartamento Pet-Friendly nel Centro Storico di Genova

Le seul défaut si je puis dire, ce n'est pas évident pour se garer et les parkings sont assez loin du logement.

Tout était parfait à part pas de parking à proximité.

Il fut très agréable de profiter du jardin privatif. Nous avons passé une très bon séjour grâce à l'emplacement du logement proche du centre et de la climatisation.

Außergewöhnlich war definitiv der idyllische, grüne Garten mitten im Zentrum von Genua. Für zwei Freundinnen wie uns war die Aufteilung des Appartments mit zwei komplett getrennten Schladzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad perfekt.

Kleines Manko: Die Wohnung ist etwas klamm, das heißt, man musste dauerhaft lüften, damit z.B. die Bettlaken sich nicht feucht abfühlten. Allerdings war das problemlos möglich, da der Zugang zur Wohnung durch eine verschließbare Tür zum Garten zusätzlich gesichert war und sich die Fensterläden ebenfalls mit einem Schlüssel verschließen ließen. Ein Mückennetz gab es nur vor dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers, das in ein Treppenhaus öffnete.

For cooking it lacked a bit of supplies such as more cutting boards, simple seasoning supplies such as pepper or all round spices. But this did not bother us too much

I liked the location, the courtyard, and the garden. It was close to the center and the train station. There was a supermarket nearby. I really liked the two rooms and the two toilets with showers.

Appartamento delizioso, spazioso, con carinissimo giardino esclusivo, entrata indipendente, fresco anche senza bisogno di aria condizionata, che comunque c'e'. Il quartiere Carmine è delizioso, la casa è molto silenziosa. Comodo al centro a piedi. Garage a pagamento a buon prezzo a soli 5/10 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Host puntuale nelle comunicazioni e disponibile. Dovessimo tornare a Genova con la nostra cagnolina torneremo senz'altro lì. Consigliatissimo

Hello everyone! I'll leave a comment here: Quite complex comments. Positive points: Location: the apartments are located 10 minutes' walk from the train station and from them to the observation deck it's also 10 minutes' walk. Unfortunately, you have to walk uphill all the time, but nothing can be done about it. A nice quiet area. There is a school or kindergarten nearby, but the children are a little noisy only during the day. The rest of the time it's very quiet. The presence of an internal patio is really cool. There was even a barbecue, but we didn't use it. There is all the necessary equipment, we didn't have to ask the owner for anything extra. Bed linen and towels are of acceptable quality. The apartments themselves look quite stylish, it's clear that the owner put a piece of his soul into the design of these apartments.

Now a little bit of negativity: The renovation was quite a long time ago, and there are places where it is already urgently needed. There are two main minuses: a damp, musty smell and the presence of mosquitoes. I understand that this is due to the location of the apartments, but it was a little unpleasant... Perhaps by the end of July the humidity in the apartments will decrease and it will be more comfortable. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Finding an apartment with a garden in the middle of a city is a real game changer. Irmina couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful - checking in on us after a heavy storm, and accommodating us for an extra night when we realised I’d messed up the booking. Couldn’t recommend more.

It’s up a pretty steep hill so not ideal for less mobile folk.
