I arrived at the hotel at 06:00, but the main gate was unattended despite prior notification of my arrival time via email. The access road was also in poor condition. Consequently, I did not stay at the hotel and proceeded directly to the airport. I will not be booking this hotel in the future. My overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Approach Road to property is not good. when i reached at midnight, Darkness all around property. All this i informed to oyo customer care and requested for my advance payment REFUND but didn't receive yet.
