I had to bath using a dustbin because there was no hot water and there was no basin lid

No hot water and it's winter. We had to bath with cold water. The main switch trips all the time you switch the kettle on. No tea

The caretaker was awesome very friendly

I had to upgrade to a more expensive room although bed it was not comfortable. No coffee, sugar...however there are cups. No air-conditioning or heater it was freezing.

The place was neat, staff were very friendly.

When you are at the bathroom, you must be able to close the door. At the shower, you must add the soup tray. The packing was so small, if you can add, it would be very nice.

Nowhere to hang clothes, desk to work was a shelf, hourly "visitors" throughout the night, hourly visitors keep their cars running outside bedroom window constantly filled room with exhaust fumes, shared bathroom with "hourly" visitors, unable to stand under shower head in bath resulted in sitting in bath (not hygienic at all), very loud music and no privacy. Staff constantly on their phones talking loudly outside bedroom window. Male staff walked around half undressed making a sole female guest very uncomfortable. Doors and security gates left unlocked for hourly visitors. Main gates often left unlocked - location very unsafe. Was not charged as per Booking.com rates - Extra charged for card payment!! Was so relieved to leave!!
