Central location

Filthy apartment. Blood on sheets. Sheets that are too small so you’re sleeping on a bare mattress. Hair in shower. Grubby, dirty bathrooms with previous guests’ rubbish left. Bath mats and towels stained and used. Carpets not hoovered. We felt very unsafe in this flat due to an unlocked part glass door which led onto a staircase. Forced to provide ID and either a non refundable damage deposit of £30 or £500 deposit which would be returned minus a £10 transaction fee on check out. This was not made clear on the listing. They would not release the check in instructions without it being paid. Reviews are all misleading because they ask you to provide them with a glowing review on check out. When we contacted the property manager to advise them of the issues they told me they only work Mon-fri! We did not stay. Have taken my money, including the deposit and are ignoring all communication! Please avoid at all costs.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

The property was amazing! Fantastic location and even though right in the city it was quiet. The apartment was so spacious, clean, warm and had everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. I couldn’t recommend it more. Just wish I could have stayed for more than one night.
