Hakuna Matata homestay Mai Châu

Room was spacious... bathroom was clean. Ngiep or Diep (the manager) is a amazing dude. He helped us with everything... even late at night when he was already in bed. Amazing dude. Hostel has a great vibe and the owners she is also hilarious! There is a super cute dog... a rescue dog.. loves cuddles and giving paws. Deffo will be back.

The pool was empty... but we are at the end of winter... so thats probably why. No stress.. waterfall nearby.

Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und haben um einen Tag verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat! Das Essen inkl. Frühstück war hervorragend, große Portionen. Fahrräder wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und für den nächsten Tag hatte uns Hiep für eine Tour einen Fahrer organisiert. - Hiep ist ein sehr guter Manager, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten sehr willkommen und empfehlen das Homestay uneingeschränkt weiter! Lieben Dank an alle für die schöne Zeit in Mai Chau!

The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for many places around the area. They also helped us arrange transportation whenever we needed a driver or taxi, always at very reasonable and fair prices. Breakfast was good – a basic selection but well made. The hotel restaurant itself is actually very good and definitely recommended even beyond breakfast. We found ourselves coming back to eat there again before the end of our stay. The rooms are standard and perfectly fine. The shower has hot water – it takes a few minutes to heat up, but once it does, it’s excellent. And we have to mention Gold – the sweetest dog ever! You absolutely have to meet him. Anyone who doesn’t is truly missing out.

The pool was closed due to the cold season, which is understandable. There was also a slightly unusual smell in some of the rooms, depending on the room, but it usually fades or improves.

המארחת וין - מקסימה ברמות, עזרה לנו לסגור סיורים ונסיעות בשעות לא שעות, הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה. העובד במקום היה מקסים ועזר לנו, היה נחמד ונעים. המזגן מעולה, והמקום עצמו נעים וביתי. האוכל במקום טוב ממש ומומלץ לאכול במסעדה עצמה של המלון
