The Scenic Disa Park Apartment, Table Mountain, City & Ocean views

loved the beautiful mountain views, the city view at night, the room was clean, security friendly. The host was holding my hand throughout as i had a lot of questions.

I didn't see the cleaning fee on the quote only after I got notification from my bank. It would be nice to have all charges upfront.

Views were amazing and the apartment was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Very spacious.

The apartment was cold and we couldn't quite figure out how to use the heating. One bedroom had a hole in an upper window pane making it extremely draughty, but the hosts had some really amazing fluffy blankets that helped make it warm.

Location is good

Although check is was for 2, cleaning lady was still there at 4pm. The second bedroom window was broken and covered with plastic so for a wet rainy weekend, it let an incredible draft in. I expected 2 bathrooms and not one with a speperate loo. The final kicker was for cleaning staff to arrive a 9am on check-out day and expect to be let in to wait in the house whilst we readied ourselves to leave. Fortunately owner understood it was NOT OKAY. But this really should not happen - it's a wild expectation.

All was great. Lovely view and very comfortable and clean.

Little confusion getting into the building upon arrival.

The location was good. It was close by to places like Greenpoint, seapoint etc. The views from the apartment where incredible. The apartment had a good wifi connection and it was a nice touch to get to watch Netflix.

There seemed to be a cockroach problem in the apartment. Even though the views are great, the winds are loud and not spoken about enough. Some of the windows in the rooms don't close easily and it makes the room very cold in winter. Some of the appliances are also quite old and don't work.

The place is very neat and beautiful. Very spacious and taken care of. . The owner was very friendly. The beds are very comfy. The view is to die for

Absolutely not the owners fault, but the security guards at the entrance are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Refused to give us keys to the property and forced us to phone the owner in front of them, then also directed incorrectly to the parking area. Again, not the owner's fault, as she had left everything with them. Just unfortunate. Apartment needs a little TLC with the windows and artwork specifically. A coffee machine would also be a game changer, considering you need to take an elevator and drive to get coffee elsewhere.
