When I made the booking, I specifically requested an invoice, as the trip was for work purposes. Upon my arrival at the property, the owner assured me that I could pay the next day using a card and would receive my invoice. On my arrival day, my son visited briefly, and there were no issues at the time. However, the next morning, the owner began shouting, demanded payment exclusively in cash or via Revolut, refused to provide an invoice, and complained about my son's visit. Ultimately, I left after paying cash, without receiving any receipt or invoice. The owner's behavior was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never return to this place and strongly suggest avoiding it.

We arrived at check in and were told by the owner to cancel the reservation, because there was no water at the place at the moment. (We booked the place in advance, week or two so...) After full day without sleep, after full day of traveling, we had to find another place to stay at around 5pm. This place didn't let us know in advance that staying wouldn't be possible. What if we arrived at 9pm? Would we end up sleeping in the streets? "I was busy" was the excuse of the owner for not letting us know. He didn't even offer us water, or place to sit inside while looking for a new place, it was cold outside. At least he offered to pay for a bolt to the new hotel. I can't review the place itself, but I'd like to be sure, that if I book a room, I'll get a room, or a call that I have to find another one.

Very polite and hospitable host. Checked in before the deadline instantly. Clean, warm, quiet. I will recommend to my friends and I will definitely come back here myself if I am in Romania. Great! Thank you very much!
