Large private parking, camera outside the building, Lidl is 5min away by walking, friendly owner - they answered all of my questions in inbox, dish soap and sponge are provided. There is always hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. The building is in a quiet location of Bucharest, although very far from the centre - the metro is 15min away by walking and you can get to the centre in 6-7 min with it.

The room is smaller than it looks in the photos (this wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for some people). The fridge needs maintenance - it froze everything I've put there even though it was set to a minimum temperature. There were a lot of mosquitoes, lots of spiderwebs around the curtiains and in the corners of the room, on the second and third day we encountered cockroaches infestation (we were staying for 3 days). The main street outside of the building is not asphalted and there is dust in the air when a car passes by. The information on Booking has to be updated - very little info is provided about the apartments, and some info is incorrect. It says free private parking on booking, but in inbox we were told that the parking cost 2 lei per day (to be fair, they did not charge us for the parking when we stayed there). I wanted to pay for the stay with a credit card (booking says that you can pay for the stay only with a credit card at the facility, no cash is accepted), and the owner told me that she does not accept master card, only cash.

If you looking for a nice ,quite ,comfortable and spot on clean this is for you . Valentine is a good Host and he was waiting for me until 2 am in the morning to show me the flat .He was very friendly and helpful. He also offer free parking for the period of stay.highly recommended and i will come back next time i.m.in Bucharest Is only 17 min to old town Bucharest and 15 to the house of the people and Arc d triumph
