NZThe location was awesome - just a short walk to Britomart to catch trains, to the Viaduct harbour for delicious food and drink, and amazing shopping all around us. The really special part was staying in a class 1 heritage building!
I wish we had more information about the historic building we stayed in... it was the old NZ stock exchange building and obviously had a lot of hidden history.
NZWe really love the decorations, the location, and the good coffee in the morning.
When we arrived at the flat, I wanted to take a shower, but there were no towels. There was no personnel in the building to assist, so I had to call the person who rented the place and ask for towels. I waited for half an hour to receive them, which made me late for my meeting. Additionally the shower was broken 😩

The stink of cigarette smoke. I rang Sharon who said to open a window, The window (dirty) was broken. I explained my allergies and asked to be moved but there were no other apartments. Never saw a staff member - no orange rubbish bags, no shampoo, no tissues, dish cloth or enough teabags. Aircon in bathroom whistled all night. No room for toiletries, yet fake plant on basin. Two towels for 2 people for 4 days. Bed uncomfortable. Husband's feet hit the wall when lying in bed and bed couldn't be walked around. On fourth night he slept on the floor. No window in bedroom and too noisy to leave the one unbroken window open. Unironed sheets. Only one bedside table. Vacuum cleaner in pride of place in lounge. Kitchen shelves so high, husband had to stand on tiptoe. I could not access them at all. Old people like us hauled bags up Albert St coming and going to fetch and return key.
AUThe location was perfect and very central.
AUGood location
Small apartment and short on items that should be included. Soap dispenser empty, shower head loose, no powder for the washing machine, no tea towels to do the dishes. Just little things that have been overlooked.
ITNZSharon, was very helpful and accommodating. Good location and nice and tidy. Would stay here again.

Only complaint is lack of coffee machine instructions, was a bit confusing but otherwise great stay

No hand wash in dispenser - fortunate to have bought my own body wash so used that instead - otherwise Metro New World is next door, which is convenient
