- Stairs were a bit tricky (spiral, very narrow). - When it was raining, a strong noise of water dropping was coming from the window, so strong that it would wake you up when sleeping. - Only one towel was present on arrival, only after midnight we received further towels - We communicated arrival time during booking, but we did not receive any further communication. On arrival, we had to call to get information on how to enter the premises. At that point, we discovered that our arrival time was not accepted, and we had to wait till later in the afternoon to enter the premises. Luckily, we found a way to spend the day in a museum along with our luggage. - Bathroom sink very narrow. - On cold days, heating was not enough.

AUWas an issue with the booking, the host was no help what so ever We spent hours on the phone to be told it was sorted on numerous occasions, only to spend 9 hrs of our day in the street with the host refusing us entry. Had to book other accommodation, and a dispute has been lodged with booking .com
GBThe hosts were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was so central and convenient for everything. The room and bathroom was very clean. The property and area felt really safe.
There was no dishwasher as advertised. The washing machine and terrace were shared among several properties. There is no view as advertised.
