Locatie buna, spatiul ok, saltele confortabile, curatenie. Bonus pt LIDL si MEGA aflate in apropiere. Un mare avantaj este parcarea inclusa. Comunicare buna, gazda amabila.

Se pot aduce imbunatatiri scaunelor din bucatarie si peretelui despartitor hol-bucatarie.

"Spatios și curat."

Este un open-space mare cu un balcon de asemenea foarte mare. Desi are suprafață vitrata generoasa este un pic întunecat datorită copacilor de pe alee. Zona foarte liniștită.

Parcarea este un pic cam departe.
