I booked this apartment and a few hours later the owner asked me to cancel without a valid reason. My payment had already gone through, and I did not cancel because I was concerned about the refund process. The situation felt unprofessional and stressful, especially as I was traveling with kids and had to quickly find alternative accommodation. I ended up booking somewhere else with more money at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and extra cost. I will address this issue after my trip, but I would not recommend this experience.
