Refusing to give me my deposit, everything was dirty, multiple times trying to ring no answer blocked my number, absolutely disgusting, scammed didn’t even stay for 5 minutes and we left

Location was fine for our weekend stay.

Cleanliness, poorly stocked with kitchen essentials, tired and damaged kitchen. Cleaners need to be overseen to ensure that the property actually gets cleaned and the guests don’t have to.

Hot water ,heating, washing machine & fridge worked. Mia & Jennifer came to sort out 1&3 but late in the night.

1) Burst water pipe outside kitchen ( from waste water from upstairs sink that host asked us to help fix!) 2) Water leaking from kitchen ceiling when bath was being used 3) OLD, SLOW TO HEAT electric stove top with NO MARKINGS left to indicate which nobs control which hot plates.No instructions in manual making it dangerous to use 4) Microwave placed on island where there were NO NEARBY PLUG POINTS so one has to carry the microwave to the plug point next to the sink & it took up half the space for draining dishes 5) No dishwaher no dishwashing liquid 6) dirty cutlery in drawers 7) Enoch was difficult to contact via phone 8) No definite parking. Have to 'compete ' with neighbours to park in front with 2 wheels up the curb to avoid buses etc 9) toaster did not work

This house was dirty from entrance to lounge. To kitchen. To bathroom. The kitchenceilinglooks soaked and about collapsing. There were leaks from bathroom down to kitchen's ceiling after shower. The kitchen floor was soaked. The house is in a delicate stage, especially from upstairs and should not. E used for bookings with @booking.com. The towels were dirty, and I had to call for replacement. The windows in the kitchen never open. Family of 5, no bed for the fifth. The sofa bed that was meant for the 5th person is broken and wouldn't make a bed. Ensure to check the facilities properly as many damages were already in the house. Lots of cobwebs and spiders, which caused my daughters sickness. We had to leave a bit late. I left my sandals at the property. They confirmed it was found. I paid £5 for postage, but since then, this company has refused to help post it back. The worst house/ host we have ever encountered. They have systematically stolen my sandals.

The safety of the house is questionable. They are so many damages and hazard. Looks homely, but it's just a presentation. Spiders visible here and there with cobwebs. A cat by the back door is ready to come on. Which means we can't leave the door open. If you are a cat lover, that won't be a problem. The leak to the kitchen is very worrisome. Sofa-bed is damaged ,and dirty.

Great place with all the commodities for a comfortable stay.
