The host was very kind and provided all the necessary information promptly, along with helpful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. The apartment has a very comfortable bed and pillows, and the bed linens were clean and fresh. There is also a lovely view. During our stay, washing machine capsules were provided, as well as tea, coffee, and biscuits. The TV offered a good selection of channels for relaxing in the evenings, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Although the parking spaces are quite tight, we were always able to find a free spot. The apartment is in a great location, with many cafés, bars, and other amenities nearby.

The property matches the photos in layout, but the photos do not accurately reflect its current condition. They make the apartment appear modern, whereas in reality the appliances and furniture show noticeable signs of wear and use. Additionally, the apartment has an unpleasant smell, particularly in the bathroom. Some dishes were not clean and needed to be rewashed before use. The walls are thin, and on some mornings noise from neighboring apartments could be clearly heard.

The location is nice, just a short drive to funchal, about €5 uber.

The apartment is very basic. Beds are very uncomfortable, black mould in the shower, broken clothes dryer. You can hear every noise from the adjoining apartments and the businesses outside. There is a lot of building work going on beside the apartment so it's very noisy during the day. Photos on booking.com are not anything like the apartment
