The hotel is full of natural light and has a wonderful view of the sea from everywhere including the rooms. The decoration is modern and elegant. The location is fabulous on a hill side with an exceptional view of the coast and the sea. The sea has crystal clear turquoise water. The situation is slightly out of the city center and is very quiet. We can get to the port in about 12 minutes with a taxi. The services available are numerous: private pool, private beach with lounge chairs and a bar, WIFI, rooms with a view and a private balcony, etc. Our room was made everyday before lunch. The personnel at the main desk was welcoming.

There is constant "music" at the beach, around the pool and at the restaurants. Not the sort of background quiet music. The sort of music with bass sounds very present that you would have in a night place. This really annoyed us. Fortunately we could not hear it in our room. Paradoxically, despite having an abundant personnel at the restaurants, the service was slow. All personnel looked very young, inexperienced and lacked initiative. The communication was sometimes difficult for some of the personnel did not speak other language than greek. The food served was good but the menu (especially at night) varied too little. We would have liked to have comfortable armchairs in our room.

Απίθανο location. Πολυ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό!! Πολυ καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Το roof garden του ξενοδοχείου αξίζει να το επισκεφτείς! Απλα υπέροχο, συγχαρητηρια!!!

The hotel is in a very beautiful location with a great pool and beautiful private beach. The front desk service is wonderful and very helpful

The rooms are quite small. A 5 star hotel should have basic standards - such as a complementary water bottle in the room (the tap water is not drinkable and there isnt a store close by - so you have to buy a small bottle for 1 euro). There is no coffee at the room which is something that I never experienced, so you have to buy. The rooftop restaurant was terrible, we waited for more then 1 hour for the food. When it came it was cold and un-eatable, the waiters and the manager did not think that maybe they can bring some more bread or some complimentary dessert, they just stood there - i never complain but this was a terrible experience. We even talked to the reception about it, but did not get any response ot a compensation.

Καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικό προσωπικό!!

Πρέπει να βρεθεί μια λύση στο θέμα με τις ξαπλώστρες στην ιδιωτική παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Υπάρχουν τα εξής προβλήματα: 1. Πολλοί ένοικοι αφήνουν από το βράδυ κάποια προσωπικά τους αντικείμενα και την επόμενη είναι δύσκολο να βρεθεί άδεια ξαπλώστρα. 2. Ακομα και εάν προνοήσεις και αφησεις κατι προσωπικο από το προηγούμενο βράδυ, μπορεί να μην γίνει αρεστό από άλλους ενοίκους και να το αφαιρέσουν χωρίς να το σεβαστούν. Θεωρώ ότι οταν κάποιος πληρώνει τόσα χρήματα θα πρέπει να έχει οπωσδήποτε ξαπλώστρα στις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου.
