Consegna delle chiavi svolta totalmente tramite applicazione. Quindi il ritiro è stato molto semplice ed intuitivo. Inoltre le informazioni fornite dalla struttura sono state esaurienti e chiare. Abbiamo avuto una piccola incombenza tecnica e il personale a disposizione è stato super gentile e cortese, offrendoci una soluzione al nostro problema.

Overall, the apartment was ok. I did not like that the only way to access the apartment was through a phone app, which meant I was entirely dependent on my phone being charged. It would have been helpful to have an alternative access option. On the weekends' evenings, there is also quite loud music coming from nearby, possibly a club or student housing. I did not notice it on the first night as I was very tired, but later I received a call from the host saying that neighbours had complained about noise from my apartment. The representative was not particularly courteous and immediately assumed that I was the source of the noise. However, given the level of noise in the surrounding area, it seems likely that the host knows about the source of noise.

Плохо работал пульт от телевизора. Не хватало в номере кофеварки и ложки для обуви.

sistema di gestione chiavi: complicato perchè non funzionava abbiamo impiegato quasi un ora per farlo funzionare. Molto meglio usare il tastierino numerico classico. Che poi tra l'altro se il telefono ti si scarica, lo perdi o te lo rubano non puoi fare nulla perchè l'app è agganciata solo ad un numero telefonico.
