Stylish Modern Town Centre Flat

Great location, lovely area, lovely apartment.

Very clean and had all the basics we needed. Very happy was perfect for attending RIAT this year. Only a 25 min drive.

Only issue was the shower head, but reported it when we left and got a quick reply back saying it’s now fixed. So very swift on repairs.

As described a modern well appointed 2 bedroom apartment.

The entrance was not appealing. The area around the outside of the property needs smartening up but that would take cooperation with all the surrounding properties

Very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a great location to supermarkets, pubs and takeaways. Couldn't fault it.

The sofa wasn't very big just managed to sit 3 of us on it but other than that it was very nice and would stay again.

Everything was clean and tidy. Spacious accommodation. Basics supplied Coffee Tea Sugar a small selection of biscuits. Tea towels bathroom towels (although small) hand wash washing up liquid. An iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. There was a tall fan in living/dining room which helped a little with the heat but the bedrooms were very warm.

Could do with a couple of small fans in bedrooms. Quite tricky getting out of shower with no grab rail.

Central close to bars and shops

This was good value for money, and a comfortable bed for the night, within a very short walk to a lovely cafe/bakery for breakfast and close to Burford

The photos are very forgiving, or more likely taken when the property was newly decorated - the decor is starting to get tatty, sofa/ footstool was stained etc.

Clean. Great shower and hot water.

Kitchen step dangerous. Couch uncomfortable. Suggestions : Coasters to avoid marks on tables; guide to local amenities (we know the area, but others may not); better towels. If 4 folk stayed it would be very uncomfortable.

The property was clean & beds comfortable

There was a smell in the bathroom & we were woken both nights in the early hours with noise from outside the property or its surroundings.
