部屋がうるさくて変更をお願いしたら、親切に対応してもらえました。

隣のビルの空調がうるさく、そのビルと接している側の最上階（7階）で窓を閉めてもはっきり聞こえるくらいの騒音が発生しています。従業員さんたちも認識しているようですが、どうしようもないのような感じ。
