New apartment with garage place

Хороший вариант за свои деньги, уютная, чистая квартира со всем необходимым,есть балкон,до старого города 10 минут на такси.

В первую очередь не понравилось общение с хозяйкой апартаментов,ей почему-то в первую очередь надо было чтобы мы отправили имена пребывающих гостей, хотя мы с чемоданами только доковыляли от вокзала до апартаментов и пытались понять как в них попасть, она настаивала чтобы я отправил ей вот прям в ту секунду,и не хотела присылать код от замка,разговаривала, на мой взгляд, грубо. -нет шторки в ванной(не кретично,но все же) -нет микроволновки -кондиционер в гостинной не справляется(слишком маленькая мощность для большой гостинной).Мы не додумались зайти в здание через главный вход,потому что не знали где он,и поперлись через гараж,хотя были без машины,а это целый квест,но кое как разобрались,для тех ,кто без машины,подсказка : вытащите ключ из сейфа,и пару метров левее будет стеклянный вход в подъезд,откройте чипом,поднимайтесь на третий этаж.

The apartment is very nice, modern and comfortable for our family of four. It is also very quiet despite the size of the building. It is located about 30 minutes walking from the old town which is close enough, and about 40 minutes walking from the new town. Still there are many buses 5 minutes away from the flat which can drive you pretty much anywhere in a few minutes. Also there are many restaurants and coffee shops around if you wish to have a meal around, which is very useful. Definitely a good deal!

It is a beautifully arranged apartment, with very good taste. It is clean and comfortable. In terms of equipment, it has everything you need (dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) We didn't meet face to face with the host, but the communication was very good. It's a little far from the center, but 5 minutes away is a trolleybus station that takes you directly to the center. A big plus for us was the parking place, in the basement of the block, safe. A comfortable apartment for a family that we will definitely return to.

It was very clean, with a lot of kitchen accessories and new, modern design. Very convenient. Near the apartment there is bus and tram stop and supermarket . Very good restaurants nearby. Safe neighbourhood.There is air conditioning in the apartment which was great because of very high temperatures during our stay. Absolutely amazing.

The apartment was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but there’s also the option to take a bus, which we were prepared for. Initially, finding a parking spot seemed a bit complicated, but the host provided clear and helpful photo documentation that made it easy to access. I highly recommend this place, especially for those traveling with young children.

Clean. Well-equipped. Big rooms. Comfortable furnitures. Clean and fast communication by the owner. Easy access to the garage.
