Excellent location right next to the main street and close to Mekong river. Room a good size.Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly

Great location and the couple managing the hotel are wonderful. Breakfast was fine, a choice of several options all served with coffee, fruit and another drink.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that's not uncommon in many Asian countries. It wasn't rock hard; I just would have preferred a bit softer. The hotel is a bit old and it shows a bit in the bathroom. That wasn't really a problem though, especially considering the price and excellent location.

Air-conditioning worked great! Location was awesome, close to night markets. Staff were friendly and allowed us a late check-in due to train and taxi services. Comfortable and large room, supplied toiletries and soap!

Shower didn't drain quickly/properly. Bathroom had some mould. Woke up to a half marathon with loud DJ music (not the hotel's fault).

La ubicación es ideal, al lado de los principales templos, enfrente del palacio real y el mercado nocturno. Además fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todas nuestras peticiones.

El baño era muy viejo, con la taza de lado y la ducha que se atascaba la mampara. El precio del alojamiento es bastante elevado comparado con el resto.
