Cosy Living Apartment w Balcony

Everything was amazing. The apartment is neat and spacious. It's not in the city center, but is very easily to come there. Tram station is on a few minutes walking. There's a free parking area near the apartment, so it's convenient to came with a car. The neighborhood is safe and peacefull. There's a two grocery stores nearby. The host was very complaisant and convivial. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. If I ever come back, I'll stay there again.

There's no such thing.

The place was nice and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable and there are shutters for the window, which are helpful to avoid the flat heating up too much during the day.

There is a coffee machine but I had to buy coffee capsules for myself, and it only runs with a specific, kinda pricey brand. Would've been nice to have a simple guide for the TV and the AC. The flat does get very hot in the sun.

The apartment is really cozy and super clean. It's also quite spacious. There's a balcony in the hallway and windows in the bedroom that look inside the building. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there's a big dining table. The neighborhood is usually quiet, though airplanes flying above can be a bit noisy. There's a small store open all the time just across the street. The tram station isn't far, you can walk there, and it takes about half an hour to reach the city center. It costs much less than apartments in the city center, so I think the location is pretty good. Overall, if I come back to Budapest, which, by the way, is a city with amazing architecture, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

There were a couple of small issues that didn't really affect our overall experience: the shower holder didn't work well, the balcony door was a little rusty, and the sofa wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. One notable drawback was the limited parking space in front of the building. We ended up parking a few blocks away and had to carry our luggage a fair distance. Maybe we just weren't lucky enough to find a spot right outside.

the apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It had a lot of necessary equipment and utensils for cooking. it was very good that the apartment had many hooks to hang things, clothes and towels, Wi-Fi internet was working, nearby for 300 m. tram line from which excellent communication.

basically, the apartment is not bad, I don't want to write anything bad, I will only mention a few shortcomings. The apartment is far from the street, with suitcases you need to move from the road about 150m to the staircase. The elevator to the fourth floor is extremely phlegmatic, if it is not for suitcases, you can get stuck on the stairs faster than going up in the elevator. We couldn't find a car to park nearby either, so we found a parking space about half a kilometer from the apartment staircase. The TV didn't work at all, so there was nothing for the children to do, because there was no playground in the yard. washing machine and dishwasher are not available. The drawer of the shoe box is broken, the shoes can't be stored there normally, the shower head holder doesn't hold, it falls, so you can take a shower normally only by holding it in your hands, after opening the balcony blind, you couldn't close it anymore, apparently the mechanism is also worn out. Although the air conditioner was included in the amenities list, unfortunately it was not there, I don't know whose fault it is, maybe booking.com lied... and it was very hot in the apartment, the host was helpful and brought a fan, which helped a lot to endure the heat.

Instructions to get in were super clear and the place has everything you would need for a short stay. I came with my elderly parents and accessibility was no issue :)

The name really does it justice! Really cosy, it has everything a person might need for a multiple day stay! The apartment was spottles when we arrived, all ammenities worked and the balcony is really cute! For any introverts out there - we never saw the owner but communicated over messages, they were really there to anwser any questions and were extremly polite.

The only thing we didn't notice when booking this apartment is that it is not extremly close to the city centre - it's an hour long walk or a 40 minute tram drive, but what's cool is the tram stop and the bus stop are two minutes away from the apartment.
