Property is ok but this booking is handled by 3rd party agent. Booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting rooms or rooms on the same floor. But was given rooms on different floors. Asked to change the room but was only able to change on the second day. The first room was due to check out days before and was told to replace the room key to continue staying.
