"This resort needs to be well attended to. But overall, okay."

The view was excellent. The privacy of the villa and the space was good.

Facilities were worn out. Linen was not well washed and gave out a foul odor. Sinks were leaking.

Huge pool area and nice sceneries because of the nature.

Pool-no heater for a very cold area,so the ending is you could not also swim and we just slept in the villa. Place-they did not tell us that the road is terribly muddy when it rains.Make sure you bring a big car (Big no no for sedan) with tires designed for terrain please Staff were no longer responsive to our needs when we were nearly leaving. They were no longer swift in answering our calls or texts.We used the pool area with many leaves on it. :( No wifi in Villa 1 :( Hope they will have improvements in the services,roads, and facilities.

The heated kiddie pool was great for a very cold weather.

Kitchen utensils should be enough for 10 to 15 pax. The adult pool should also be heated

The staff are friendly and nice

The property could have been well maintained by making sure that all furnitures like sofas are clean. It still looks good but its smelly like the sweat of the previous guests were left or maybe because its a leather type. Some blinds are already dirty or it may be too old already. We have to spray Lysol in some areas because we’re not confident that everything is clean. Although it is noted in the booking details thay toiletries are not included but tissues could have at least been provided to the guests. The kitchen utensils are provided but some were too old already and rusty. The pictures from booking.com may be old photos when the place was still new but we didnt get what we expected when we arrived.
