"Super apartment in La Spezia"

Location very close to train station, and shops but very safe for walking around in the evening. Bright and comfortable with nice balcony with lovely view over the rooftops. Very quiet. Great to have apartment for cooking and being able to use washing machine too after days of hiking. Place was spotless too. Bottle of wine left by Silvano much appreciated

Glitch with shower but Silvano was easily contactable. Good air conditioning in sitting room but bedroom warm at night, might benefit from a fan. But excellent stay here and would definitely stay again.

the place is amazing, it’s even better than the pictures. the view from the terrace is beautiful and it 5 minutes away from the train station and the main comercial street which is more convenient

"lovely well located apartment, near station and bus top. easy walk to port."

The balcony was a very usable place to have a drink and dry washing. Apartment is modern and well appointed. Clothes washing machine came in handy. Lift made access very good.

clean and functional, very good. the host is very kind and helpful and fixed our heater quickly when there was a small issue.

the apartment itself does not have Wifi and shares WiFi of the apartment next door, weak connection in the living room…
