Manque des ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a un manque de propreté Il est précisé un lave vaisselle mais non présent dans l appartement

Clean apartment and clean toilet is the most important and good mattress to sleep at. But my blanket is not tick enough due to we still feel very cold even though with the blanket It very kind of you to provide ventilation air machine in the master room to clean the air. Wasted apartment is without cooking facilities but very lucky there is a bread toaster for us to toast our bread for breakfast.

In the bathroom only got hot water for the shower. Due to water very cold it would be good if got hot water provided at the wash basin and also toilet bowl. Meaning full hot water facilities in the toilet. Toilet floor is very cold, therefore is good to provide slipper . Share toilet ceiling is peeling. Good to re paint it to look nicer.

Good location and easy check-in process

There was significant mould throughout the apartment—practically in every room and cabinet—with a very strong, unpleasant smell. The apartment had no proper ventilation, which unfortunately made it an ideal environment for mould to thrive. However, the most disappointing part came after our stay. I reached out to the host, politely raising our concerns about the mould and its potential impact on our health, and suggested they address the issue for the sake of future guests. Instead of taking the feedback on board, they cancelled our booking retroactively and marked it as if we had never stayed—clearly to avoid receiving a review. I understand that maintaining a good rating is important for any business, but it should be earned through providing a clean, safe space and listening to guest feedback—not by manipulating the system to hide negative experiences.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful. Will come back soon.
