Cleaneless

bathrooms are too small,especially those who has a shower

Location was simple to find

Extraction fan too loud at the 1st floor

It give peace the surrounding is very quiet

The trainee staff need to learn how to approach the guest, there was a lady who made mistakes on my booking thought I did not pay for breakfast, her approach wasn't good at all

The hotel is very old. It needs an upgrade desperately. There are crockroaches everywhere, especially in the dining areas.. the carpet in the dining area must go, it is very dirty. The size of the shower is so small, you must shower with your glued by your sides, does not matter whether you are a big or small built. There is.mould on the shower doors. The decor is wrong, the brown curtains don't help, the brown showers don't help. We are leaving in modern times. They must keep up!!! I didn't eat because of the crockroaches therefore can't comment on the food but my colleagues were not impressed. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the reception area!!?
