Friendly and helpful staff. They show up very quickly when there's a problem. Facilities are well equipped. There's a yard and it's relaxing.

Located on the ground floor, close to the road, so a bit noisy

Good size & beautifully presented with lovely outdoor area. excellent location for beach & city. Fabulous coffee shop & bakery virtually next door & parking outside.

Only negative was that there was a lot of street noise on several nights - otherwise we couldn’t ask for any more

Spotlessly clean. Very good instructions for keys so I could let myself in. The terrace is fantastic. Air con , WiFi and kitchen all great. Really nice little studio. I was only there one night before moving on. Bit of a walk to the bus station but it's ok. About 6 minutes to a big grocery store. No complaints. I would recommend and would stay there again if in Kalamata.

They really maximized the space in this brand new studio (we had the upper one). Comfortable, and with an amazing rooftop terrace. Elevator to get to the 4th floor and then 1 staircase up to the 5th (keep this in mind). But worth it for the price, amazing value for money (we stayed in June). In the middle of the center and the beach and always parking in front of the building entrance. Hosts were so kind to store our luggage for a couple of hours the next day as well.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the fact that there is no electric socket in the kitchen area and I had to use the one next to the bathroom to plug in coffee making machine and the kettle. Otherwise superb! I’d love to come back 🌷✨🥰

Beautiful and clean accommodation with a large terrace and a view of the entire city. The apartment is in the center and 500 meters from the beach. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is very well maintained. The highest quality in every detail. All at the level of the best hotels. I was very moved by the light breakfast for guests. Great patio the size of the apartment itself with sun loungers, couch, towels. I myself own 2 apartments in Wroclaw, Poland and I know how much effort it takes to maintain it properly, especially if it is not the main source of income. Thank you very much for your stay, it's a pity that it was so short. We will definitely come back again.
