Three Storey Clifton Town House

Great location - perfect for a family get together in Bristol

Really lovely modern town house. Big bedrooms and comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Easy to check in with a lock box and 2 sets of keys. Great for a group. We stayed for a weekend but could have stayed for much longer!

Only one shower for the whole house, which worked ok despite us being a 10 person group, but just something to be aware of.

Refreshments and biscuits on arrival were a really nice touch. It is such a lonely house with so much character, will definitely book again!

House was clean and spacious. Great location for local cafes and bars, easy access to buses into city centre. Very quiet and safe area. Owners very helpful and easy to contact.

Parking was a little tight, but we did come with two cars.

The property was in an excellent location, very easy to access and kitted out with everything a group could want for a weekend away. The bedding and cleanliness of the property was exceptional as well!

Location was so good and I think that area was quiet and safe. Amenity was good as well. Brunch restaurant, cafe and pub were near.

The house was lovely offering fantastic internal and external space for a multi-generational family of 10. The 4 bedrooms were all big with very comfortable beds and the children loved the sofa bed. There was also 3 bathroom facilities, one on each floor. I particularly liked the two family rooms available on the lower and middle level, great for different groups to get together and socialise. We didn’t use the outdoor space due to the heavy downpours but both areas looked lovely and certainly welcome in better weather . The house was spotlessly clean and offered all amenities you could want. Clifton is a lovely area spoilt for choice with local cafe and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also good location for Bristol Temple Mead station, quick and easy to get to by car. Lisa was an exceptional host , she provided all the necessary (and useful) information needed , was responsive immediately to the few questions I had and just made you feel very comfortable and welcome in her home. We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend for any family or large group of friends.
