"Nice property spoiled by a poor experience with Grandeur Property"

The property itself is really nice, the area isn't great however it's Boscombe so you expect it. The kitchen was well stocked plates cutlery glasses.

From the moment of booking Grandeur Property went on the upwell, 3xrra tow3ls, hampers, gift baskets. Then a week b3fore they sting you with a choice of a £400 damage deposit or pay them £95 outright for "peace of mind". Having been stung in Bournemouth by a property management company, I asked for an inventory which they were unable to supply. Also they charge £40 cleaning fee, whoever does the cleaning is ripping them off, sand everywhere, dust, stains. There is a big gulf in Bournemouth with managed properties and direct booking with owners who care about the customer experiences
