"Wonderfully comfortable dog-friendly cottage to stay for a trip to beautiful Dorset"

What a magnificent place to stay for my short trip to Dorset. Having stayed in many cottages c/o Booking.com this far excelled. Comfort and cleanliness was beyond reproach, and everything I could possibly look for in the well-equipped kitchen was there. The bed was most comfortable too. I travelled with my dog, and was so struck by the cottage's welcome (even tho the host was not present) - even for my dog (a bowl of fresh water was waiting on the kitchen floor!) The location is excellent - right opposite a short-stay car park (free overnight), and within 100m of the front door is an extensive nature reserve - ideal for the energetic dog. I was so pleased to be able to stay here, and will be looking to book again very soon!

Great location near centre of Bridport. Very cosy and warm. Great facilities. Garden was really useful for our dog.

"Delightful cosy cottage in the heart of historic Bridport"

Gorgeous cottage right in the centre of Bridport in easy walking distance for all facilities. Beautifully furnished and decorated it is the perfect spot for one or two people to stay while exploring the Jurassic Coast and Hardy's Dorset. I plan to stay again - hopefully at a time of the year when I can enjoy the secret garden at the back!

Very difficult to think of anything that could be improved so this is nitpicking. My only suggestion would be an external door light to make it a little easier to unlock the door after dark.

"Superb"

Property has a lovely homely feel about it. Kitchen is well equipped. Ideally situated, you can walk easily in and around Bridport without taking the car. Bonus of a fairly large private garden, which would be ideal in the summer months.
