I have bad experience when we get there non 9f were working reported the problem was only asked did I came right, Saturday still not sorted bath with cold water emergency contact wasn't not available till I find out it's earth leak that was down yhoooo what an experience no care at all

"The owners are just terrible. No basic communication skills"

There is no way hygienic issues like changing sheets can be ignored, unless ..........No extra sheets even to do it ourselves.
