Immobile Vintage a Grado Pineta

Apartament zlokalizowany jest w spokojnej dzielnicy mieszkaniowej, bardzo blisko plaży, w bloku na drugim piętrze. W pobliżu znajdują się dwa duże sklepy spożywcze i pizzeria. Mieszkanie jest duże, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Kuchnia nowocześnie urządzona - wcale nie vintage :), duży balkon, w oknach siatki przeciw komarom. Proces zameldowania był trochę skomplikowany, ale ostatecznie udało się wszystko ustalić za pomocą Whatsapp. Po przesłaniu administratorowi obiektu danych osobowych i wpłaceniu opłaty miejskiej na konto bankowe otrzymaliśmy kod do skrzynki z kluczami. Pobyt bardzo udany.

W kuchni nie było zwykłej kawiarki, jedynie ekspres Bialetti, do którego nie dało się dokupić kapsułek.

a very lovely apartment with a very charming vintage furniture, tidy and clean, fully equipped with everything you can imagine!! a lovely balcony between the pine trees. You will use a shaded parking slot, which is very precious in Grado and Pineta (for not to scrub seagulls sheet and pine resins as well protected in case of Bora). And a fantastic location: 3 shops in a close proximity, 1 of which is a very fine pastisserie offering all you can imagine-5 dozens sort and kind of cheese, ham and meet, freshly roosted chicken, cakes and bread, oil, vine, coffee and the list can go on and on, As well a number of local small restaurants are in a close proximity. Bus stop, ATM, nice neighbours. A neighbour even slightly pulled her car back to let me into the parking slot, because my was too big :) In case you are looking for a lovely carefree place - this is a one and it‘s a great one! And the top - a pets Beach Snoopy located closely too! We will come back any time! Did love it! The owner is very helpful and very nice Lady! The video how to approach the apartment is a simple and very nice way to tell you everything in 20 seconds without endless writing! Love the place!

Everything was perfect. The landlord was always reachable and before check in gave us good video instructions. Well equipped kitchen offered all we needed. Parking spot was free of charge and directly under our balcony. Can only recommend.
