Studio Apartments Klara and Rio

Ovaj objekt se jednostavno ne bi smio iznajmljivati, izuzev djelatnika koji su bili simpatični i susretljivi ostalo je teška katastrofa. Sve je kao što piše i na recenzijama od prošle godine, apsolutno ništa nije popravljeno, na moju žalost recenzije nisam pročitao. Studio nije skup za špicu sezone, ali da košta i 10 eura na dan je previše. Prijatelji su nam bili 100 metara dalje, za iste novce ko i mi i apartman im je bio odličan. Ovo ruglo u centru mjesta bi trebalo pod hitno renovirat a do onda zatvorit.

C'est pas propre, simplement pas agréable de marcher pieds nus. La clim est incroyablement ancienne, même si elle marche.

Prijazno osebje

Es ist zentral und mit sehr schöne Aussicht. Aber sehr alte Möbel und richt unangenehm. Hellhörig kann mann nicht so gut schlafen. Bett ist sehr hart und gibt es nur so ein Überwurf ohne Bettdecke. Wc Papier keine Reserve. Aber neben dran ist kleine Einkauf laden. Ich kann es leider nicht weiter empfehlen.Stomorska selber ist kleine herzige Dorf mit viele kleine buchten so mit kann mann auch ruhige Ort finden zum sonnen und schwimmen. Stomorska würde ich weiterempfehlen

Bett sehr hart und alt ganze Möbel geschädigt nicht ist wie auf dem Bilder. Türe schließen mit Schlüssel brauch Übung.Aber im Restoran selber war essen gut. Und Personal sehr freundlich..

Oprema apartmana iz nekih davnih vremena.

I had to cancel my booking and asked for refund. At first when I called the owner hung up on me, then we texted and she agreed to refund me the amount. This was a month before my booking date. There was no progress and I followed up multiple times to no avail. Every time she would say she is going to work on it. I don’t think this person is on top of their business, so I’d think twice if you think you might want to have some flexibility and need to communicate with the owner.

Avoid at All Costs! This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. Half of the amenities listed in the listing simply do not exist. No parking, no internet, no oven—despite what is advertised. We had to spend over half an hour each time searching for street parking, which turned every outing into a nightmare. The apartment itself is riddled with serious hazards. Broken glass cabinets were held together with selotape, and the air conditioning was old, rusted, and falling apart. It's questionable if it has ever been serviced or cleaned. There are also cracks on the ceiling and when it rained the ceiling was leaking over the balcony door and over the bed. The owner's response to these issues was shocking—offering us a screwdriver to take down the broken cabinets ourselves and ignoring the leaking ceiling entirely. When we contacted Booking.com for help, the owner refused to respond to their attempts to reach her, claiming she had no control over her property manager. This place is a disaster, and the owner's indifference to these problems makes it even worse. Stay away!

Very close to the sea, beautiful view, very quiet place.

I'm from Croatia, but I'm writing this in english so everyone can understand it and never come in this apartments. First and worst, apartment was dirty, there was dust everywhere and even some hair on bed! The bathtub was clogged from hair of previous guests. Kitchen appliances were poor and dirty. The remote for TV and AC was not working. There was no WiFi signal, even thougt they said it would be. The only thing in this apartment that was good was the terrace which was good because od the view on the marine. If you wanna enjoy your stay on this beautiful island please don't go in this apartments.
