AUWe had a wonderful stay at this modern house in Te Awamutu. It was cosy, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family getaway. The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops and attractions. The house had everything we needed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

HKA big and clean house. Comfortable and nice stay. High chair was provided. Definitely a kid friendly accommodation.
It will be great if they provide 2 more trash bags coz only 1 was provided for two nights stay. And it will be better to close the door connected to garage to avoid any insects.
AULocation was great, house was clean and tidy and the tasteful Christmas decorations made it feel homey

CANZIt was convenient for travel to our CrossFit competition location. Plenty living room space for end of day de-briefs and private property space where we could close the gate. It was also local to the shops which was great. Loved the big cupboard spaces and shelving in the front room to store all our clothing/gears etc
There wasn’t much serve ware (salad bowls) available. The fridge space was small and we needed a bigger cooler space for our electrolytes and energy drinks for the comp we ended up using our own chilli bins and ice to chill the drinks
AUI loved the location. The house is spacious. The double garage and the home is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and loads of toilet paper. It was also very clean.
The oven didn't work. We contacted property manager to assist and was told it should work and there was nothing they could do. I eventually had to switch off the main power for the oven from the switch box and youtubed videos on how to fix the problem myself. Took me a few hours but I finally fixed it. Also was accused by cleaner of something we never done but I won't mention it.
NZThe garden area was great for the kids as well as the location
The beds were probably the worst we have ever stayed on. One of which you could feel every single spring and my mother ended up sleeping on the sofa the second night. Unfortunately as parents to young kids, sleep is key and the very poor mattresses significantly affected our stay.
