INLocation,staff - Danish , Basid and Sachin ji were very nice ,kind and friendly towards me, keeping in mind that I was a solo travellor as a girl ,they all made my stay very comfortable and safe.
Local transport is not available on this terrain for commutation ( only this). Rest all is good.
INLocation of the property is very nice. Food served in breakfast buffet is ok.
Cleanliness is not their virtue. The Cottage you stay in are clean but as soon as you step out of your cottage door you will find lots of littering ( cigarette packs, used bottles, used silver foil, used fork, and even iron rod aka सरिया) and weeds growth all around. Cottages have inbuilt toilet and bathroom within, and there is no partition to roof or door and no exhaust, So that you can enjoy the music and fragrance while someone uses the toilet. I still can't imagine a toilet without door and open to bedroom from top. You are given a walkie talkie in room to connect with staff (as mobile network doesn't work), but no one answers it most of the times and you have to come out and ask them personally for what you need. No tea kettle in the room. No heater. Entrance to the huts is not elderly friendly. First episode 1-1.25 feet in height. Parking is at road side.

I think if you can put centralised AC for winters it will be more cosy and easy to stay for few more days rather than freezing in minus degree temperature. :P However overall it's a good stay. Nothing negative as such.
INThe location was right next to the Chenab river with an insane view. The room was absolutely massive with multiple windows. They provided electric blankets and they provided heater for the room!
The cleanliness could have been better, the mat for the bathroom was gross. The washroom could have been cleaner (but our expectations are quite high). Neighbours or maybe staff I am not sure were playing extremely loud music late into the night and I had to complain twice to finally cut it off.
