That it was a quiet place..near the beach about 3 mins walk..room was overall clean & has a balcony

1. Had blood stains on the Duvet ..but staff replaced immediately...question is why was it not cleaned before we checked in? 2. The breakfast is not a buffet breakfast...the same menu of about 5 choices everyday..not to our liking..but staff spoke to boss & gave us eggs & bread for the next 3 days.. 3. The hot shower was not working...after 2 days, the staff had it repaired..we had to bath inncoldnwater for 2 days 4. The Air-cond was not cold at all..informed staff the 1st day..she came , checked & said its OK now..but it was never okay for all the days..was very warm at night 5. The management gave us a refund of a day for all the discomfort we endured..thanks for that 6. Room is quite small 7. Place is quite a distance from the main entrance..but its OK as its not noisy 8. Don't be impressed by the pictures...nothing like that..there's no activity in that area..very quiet 9. Balcony facing an empty building

The hotel is beautiful, well-priced, and located in a quiet, safe area. The best part was that the hotel offers electric bikes for rent, which allowed me to explore the area at my leisure. This was definitely the highlight of my stay.”

The whole city closes early

Within the Grandworld complex which is like a theme park with no rollercoasters. It is at the bottom (quieter) end near the beach and we were there low season. Thought it was great! Very clean, staff were nice and my favourite was the wee yellow bikes. If I were to go back to Grandworld, I would pick this hotel again, looked about the best of those on site.

The room was quite small and the bathroom particularly had the shower beside the toilet and sink rather than in a separate enclosure.

We loved the location because it was very close to the beach. It's on the quiet side which was fine for my family. Everything was walking distance for all the food. The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. We would recommend this place to our friends.

The room felt a little but tight.
