Historic City Centre Town House

The property exceeded my expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is well located for the shops, the Chester wall and the Groves. Also, only a 20 minute walk from the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Three bedrooms (one with en suite) all very tastefully furnished. Extremely comfortable beds. Three bathrooms including the en suite so plenty of privacy if you're travelling as more than one family/friends. Very sociable space with kitchen/diner/lounge opening up onto a courtyard patio. Was perfect for a weekend with friends. The owner was extremely helpful and responded to messages very quickly. There is a small car park at the end of the road which we always managed to get parked in but there are other parking spots nearby too. Location is right in the centre of town but off the main street so was quiet even though only a few minutes' walk to the shops and restaurants. Kitchen facilities included a coffee machine with bean grinder. Check in seamless with keyless entry and exit so no worries about losing key or need to share out keys. I can't praise it highly enough for a perfect place to stay with friends for a catch up.

Beautiful home from home in the heart of Chester. Spotlessly clean 😀 3 bathrooms was great and the outdoor space beautiful with the morning sunshine. Excellent communications with Peter Would recommend without hesitation Thank you Peter Debbie and friends

The only thing we would have likes a bit more space to pop our groceries in the kitchen!

The house was just amazing, it had everything you needed to stay and the quality of everything was exceptional. It felt a real homely luxury stay which we loved and respected. The location was amazing and so central for everything around us.

Nothing really although not a criticism at all but having either half pint of milk or some milk pots available to have a cup of tea when first got there would add that extra touch.
