A lovely well kept apartment that is in a superb spot for access to the ski lifts. The car parking is tight but undercover and secure. Access to the apartment was relatively easy by text. A warm, homely feel to the apartment with all the facilities well maintained and a large balcony to enjoy the mountain scenery. The hamlet is about two miles from Canazei but there are local bars, shops and restaurants nearby, so everything is catered for.

Everything was good so nothing to report here.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights a family with two teenage kids. The apartment was a real precious, highly decorated, clean, comfort and looks completely new. The kitchen was fully equipped with all we need for cooking dinners. On our arrival we received a complete “guide” for the apartment operation. It was better if we could get it a day before. Although the host was not present in the area during our stay, we received prompt replies to our question using the What’s App. The apartment location is good, just 4 minutes ride from the center of Canesei.

The private parking in the underground floor. It was a real difficult to maneuver with my SUV rental car to get in and almost impossible to get out. On my first trail I realized that it is better to park outside. The closet free parking was 5 minutes away by walking, the problem was the rain (I left the coordinates with the host in case you decide to reserve the apartment). Another issue was the lack of hot water for taking showers, and I am not sure if is a failure or this is the way it works. The host was saying that he will take care of it. The hot water was running out after two consecutives showers which last for not more than 15 minutes. Then we had to wait for additional two hours for boiler reheating.

It has everything you need for a longer holiday stay in the mountains, summer or winter. A lot of cute touches make it homely. Good communication with the host (we got responses each time within minutes) and easy check in process. Highly recommended!

Very well equipped, beautiful apartment, cleaning products, peace and quiet. Location right next to the lift and bus stop. Very nice owner.
