We arrived and we're told only Indian nationals were accepted as guests at this hotel, it was far from the airport and we were turned away and had to find a way to book a taxi back to airport to get WiFi to rebook another accommodation, then were told on booking. Com we hadn't checked in

First of all it is not a hotel meant for family. It’s not clean and services are very bad.
