DEThe flat is exactly like in the description. Ot has everything and is small but cosy.
The toilet seat is not fixed properly, this is the only thing that I wiuld recommend to repair
SKByt sa nachádza v tichej lokalite s bezproblémovým parkovaním. Zariadenie a vybavenie bytu bolo pekne a moderné, avšak stav čistoty bol veľmi zlý. Z kúpeľne sa šíril nepríjemný zápach, v celom byte bola výrazná dlhodobo nahromadená špina. Najmä kúpeľňa bola vo veľmi zanedbanom stave. V spálni spojenej s kuchyňou boli všade hrubé nánosy prachu a špiny. Ubytovanie si jednoznačne vyžaduje dôkladné hĺbkové vyčistenie, aby bolo vhodné na prenajímanie. V súčasnom stave ho v žiadnom prípade nemôžem odporučiť, pretože hygienické podmienky boli nevyhovujúce (neporiadok - hnus) a nezodpovedajúce cene, ktorú si prenajímateľ pýta.
SKUzasne ticho. Aj pocas noci s otvorenym oknom nas vobec nic nerusilo. Velmi pomohla v horucich dnoch klima a strom na oknami ktory vytvaral tien. V kuchyni sme tiez nasli vsetko co sme potrebovali na nejake zakladne varenie. Parkovanie sice nebolo garantovame, ale vzdy sme nejake miestecko nasli.

RSEverything was great. The flat is very nice, clean and spacious. You have everything that you need. Location is perfect. Host was very pleasant and helpful.
The flat is on the third floor, that didn't bother us but maybe someone will have isue with that. I would just add some reading lights above the beds. :)

Parking is on street and can be difficult to find a space when you arrive late.

HRLocation was good and close to public transport. Ambiance in the apartment was good, and so was it's design. Beds were comfortable, and all the necessities in kitchen and bathroom were there. Good communication with the owners.
