The property is in a residential area and exceptionally quiet for a large city. The rooms are spacious, clean, the AC working well. The staff were very gracious and accommodating.

There isn’t a hotel sign board, so, initially difficult to locate. Only breakfast is served buffet style. There’s no restaurant. There’s common living room spaces outside the rooms, so occasionally noisy when people gather there.

Rooms are very basic A residential apartment converted into a hotel with no thought of a proper hotel facilities Does not even have an international type wall sockets

The person at reception was kind to try help resolve our problem. Our booking was cancelled and no one could identify who authorised the cancellation.

I did not like being stranded in the middle of the night. I booked the hotel and it was cancelled. I didn't like that I drove more than 2 hours after a long flight looking for the hotel. The hotel did not h Ok ave the name written (as per what was shared on bookings) How was I supposed to find the hotel.
