"Friendly & Helpful Receptionist"

The receptionist during day time is very friendly and helpful. He shared how to get to the hotel by bus and how to order food using App.

The freezer isn't cold enough to freeze the drink and the USB socket on the wall isn't working.

"Sweaty blanket"

Absolutely disgusting experience! This place dares to call itself a 4-star hotel? There were hairs everywhere — in the bathroom, on the bed, even on the towels. The room was filthy, and the blanket reeked of sweat. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The photos online must be years old — they have nothing to do with the miserable reality. This place is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!
