Location is great

The room smelled strongly of smoke and was absolutely disgusting. When I checked out the next day, my entire body and clothes stunk of cigarettes. If you are a non-smoker, absolutely do not stay here. There were also some unidentified bugs that made my whole body itchy. I almost booked a different hotel in the middle of the night

Outside of motel is rundown, picnic area had trash, lobby was messy, check in clerk was not friendly, was expecting more from online photos and price point
