"最高に過ごしやすいホテル"

部屋が広くて、バストイレがセパレートで、ちょっとした一人暮らしができそうな広さで快適でした!! 全国いろんな所にあったら絶対このホテル選びます!!

トイレ用のスリッパが別でほしかったのと、 洗面台にもゴミ箱があったらなと。 あとはなーんにも不満ありません!

"Exceptional staff care, excellent quality room"

I was taking poorly during this stay which resulted in hospital stay - the staff were so supportive, kind and caring. They even joined me in the ambulance to make sure I got there ok, helping with communication (alongside my broken Japanese!). They were then so kind in checking on me when I was back at the hotel and helped me extend my stay. A great location base, not far from the train station and was easy to find. The room itself was fantastic, a great, considerate layout, good storage and all facilities of good quality. Handy to have laundry facilities on the same floor. I will definitely seek out R9 Hotels in future and be back to visit to see more of the area.
