The apartment is located on a quiet street, at the edge of the old town. It has a good kitchen that's well equipped. It's spacious, with a lot of light. Everything worked as promised. No complaints.

Highly recommended. Walking distance from station and situated in the historic center near good restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and super clean. In the apartment, there were coffee, tea, milk, bicuits, sweets, fruit, and yogurt to use. Super host!!!

Our host was exceptional. He had wonderful suggestions for places to eat, what to eat and what to do in the area. He responded quickly to messages. The apartment has everything you need for a week-long stay and at-home cooking. There was plenty of coffee and snacks and a pleasant surprise from our host! The location of the apartment was a bit of a hike from the train station but in the heart of where you want to be in Parma to enjoy the best parts of the city. The only issue we had with the apartment was the shelving above the head of the bed. If you want to sit up and read in bed, it is in the way. Other than that, a fan would be nice for circulation on those warmer nights before May 1 when a/c can be legally used (a law we found out about after our arrival in Italy). All in all, a very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Fabio!
