Location and cleanliness

They make you wait outside until 5 minutes before checking at 3. It’s terrible, you basically wait outside for hours with your suitcase, rain or shine, if you come to a foreign country, it can be very frustrating and frightening . If you stay over your checked out by half hour you paid half of the day if you stay longer, you pay for extra full day, nobody helps you out, there is nowhere to leave your suitcase for a few hours. And it’s terrible because if you don’t have internet or your phone dies, you can’t get your code to get in , don’t book here.

Cleanliness

The advertised service of luggage storing didn't work. I booked, directed from the apartments' page. I paid the amount, then I was informed that the available locker was too far. When I got there, nobody was there and the store was closed. I left and now have to request money back.

Excellent location. Good cleaning ladies.

Rather stratege booking system with a note that an access code will only be sent 1 hour prior to arrival to the apartment. Several emails from the operator after the reservation with an overload of unnecessary information. I would prefer having access to these information if I need them, not being spammed, and only necessary one communicated more clearly like an access code. Air condition was not working for first two days as it was only in a heating mode, and made our sleep rather not comfortable..

Excellent location and easy check-in!

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. Someone probably smoked inside the room sometime before my stay and this smell became the scent of this room. It needs a deep cleaning of every piece of fabric (curtains, etc).
