Ultra central cosy AC apartment

The property looks as shown and is close to the city center. It's also relatively cheap.

The kitchen equipment and the mattress were dirty. The heating is very ineffective, AC didn't work. We were both freezing during our stay. There was a foul smell in the apartment too.

Location was great. Quiet and lovely

Air-conditioning was not very effective so had to leave on always to try to get room a little cooler to sleep.

Fantastic localizacion, near party busy street but tje apartment is super quiet as its hidden far in the building. Very cosy and comfortable. WiFi could work better but we didnt need it that much so it didnt bother us.

excellent central location and there's no noise at night. comfortable bed, clean linen . there were no problems with hot water. air conditioning worked well. pleasant local neighbors. Friendly hosts were quick to respond to messages when needed. close to supermarket and good currency exchange

wi fi worked very badly, could say that it did not work at all. No iron . from the upper level of the apartments smelled of urine (but it is not a fault of the owners, apparently one of a disgusting guests did not put pampers on his children (( . There was a shortage of toilet paper and garbage bags, we had to buy it ourselves. there was only one rack in the wardrobe.

Brilliant location, super comfy bed, great to have a kitchen and a sofa. Really good value for money. Atmospheric old building with characterful courtyards outside and high ceiling in main room. Tea and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. Host sent us clear instructions and responded really promptly.

We hadn’t realised that the second bedroom is more of a loft/mezzanine accessed by a ladder, and the beds upstairs weren’t made up when we arrived (to be fair, we hadn’t specified this either) - we were two friends travelling and would ideally have had a room each. The host responded very quickly but in the end we both stayed in the main downstairs room as the bed was so comfy. The flat does feel a bit damp - it’s an old building - but the dehumidifier worked well. Central location means you are close to noisy bars with loud music audible particularly on Friday and Saturday until the early hours. This didn’t bother us but might if you are more noise sensitive.
