The TV is not working and it is not a Smart TV. The room size is also smaller than the standard size expected. The bed provided is smaller than expected and is not a king-size bed. Additionally, there is no shampoo available in the washroom and no toilet slippers have been provided. It would be greatly appreciated if amenities such as a microwave, plates, and spoons could be made available for guests, as these would enhance the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. I hope they can be addressed to improve the guest experience.
